Data deletion

You can have your data removed from Installer Flow in any of these ways.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites.
2. Find Installer Flow and choose Remove.
3. Tick the option to delete your data, then confirm.

Facebook sends us the request automatically. We delete your connection and everything read through it at once, including ad accounts, Pages, lead notifications and messages, and Facebook gives you a confirmation code. Open this page with that code to see the status.

If you have a login, you can also disconnect a Facebook connection from Ads management › Ad accounts. That deletes the stored token and everything read through it straight away.

Your login, or everything held for a business

Email hello@attaindigital.co from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Installer Flow

If you filled in a lead form or messaged a business, ask that business to delete your details, or email us and we will pass your request on and confirm when it is done.
