What we hold

Account details for the people who sign in (name, email, role). For each business using Installer Flow: reporting data read from that business’s own systems — its CRM (GoHighLevel), and where connected, its Meta and Google advertising accounts. That includes the business’s customer contact records (name, contact details and property address) so that enquiries can be reported by area and response times measured. Dashboards show totals, rates and trends by area, salesperson and source. Signed-in staff of a business can see that business’s own leads by name, postcode district and stage; phone numbers and email addresses are never displayed.

Why

To show each business the performance of its own sales pipeline and marketing. Data is processed on that business’s instructions under our service agreement with them.

Where

Data is stored in the United Kingdom / EU (Supabase, London region) and served by Vercel. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest.

Meta data

Where a business connects Meta advertising accounts, we read advertising performance metrics only (spend, impressions, clicks, leads by campaign) under the ads_read permission. We do not manage or change ads, and we do not read personal data from Facebook or Instagram users.
