Terms of service
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. About these terms
Installer Flow (installerflow.com) is provided by Attain Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13217646 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who uses it. Businesses that use Installer Flow also have a service agreement with us; where the two differ, the service agreement wins.
2. Accounts
- Access is by invitation. Each login is for one person and must not be shared.
- You may only use the businesses and accounts you have been given access to.
- Keep your password safe and tell us straight away at hello@attaindigital.co if you think someone else has used your login.
3. Connecting Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other accounts
- You may only connect ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts and CRMs that you are authorised to connect on behalf of their owner.
- The platforms’ own terms still apply to everything you do through Installer Flow, including Meta’s Terms of Service, Commercial Terms, Advertising Standards, Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Google’s and HighLevel’s terms.
- You can disconnect an account at any time, from Installer Flow or from the platform’s own settings.
4. Advertising changes
- When you create, switch on, switch off, rename or change the budget of a campaign, ad set or ad in Installer Flow, we send that instruction to Meta and it takes effect on the connected ad account as if you had made it in Ads Manager.
- Anything that can start spending money asks you to confirm first. New campaigns are created switched off, so nothing spends until you switch it on.
- The ad account owner is responsible for the ads that run, what they say, and the money they spend, including spend that follows an instruction given through Installer Flow.
5. Leads and messages
- Leads and messages belong to the business that received them. Use them only to respond to that enquiry and as the business’s own privacy notice allows.
- Follow the messaging rules of each platform. On WhatsApp, for example, messages outside a 24-hour customer service window must use an approved template, and people who ask not to be contacted must not be messaged again.
- Do not use Installer Flow to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Installer Flow to break the law, to try to reach another business’s data, to interfere with the service, to copy it or pull data from it in bulk by automated means, or to get round any limit on what your login can do.
7. Reporting figures
Figures come from the business’s own systems as they are recorded there. Where a figure cannot be measured from the data as recorded, the dashboard says so rather than estimating. We are not responsible for decisions taken on figures that were recorded incorrectly in those systems.
8. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. How to have data deleted is on the data deletion page.
9. Availability
We work to keep Installer Flow running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Parts of it depend on Meta, Google and HighLevel, whose systems we do not control.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or advertising spend, and our total liability to a business in any 12 months is limited to the fees it paid us for Installer Flow in that period.
11. Suspension and ending
We may suspend a login that breaks these terms or puts other businesses’ data at risk. A business may stop using Installer Flow as set out in its service agreement. When it does, its data is deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell businesses about significant changes before they take effect.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
